Retainer

Clients of Peters & Freedman, L.L.P., who take advantage of our retainer agreement pay a low annual fee (billed quarterly) and receive a number of benefits and services at no additional cost. These benefits and services include unlimited phone calls with the property manager or a designated board member regarding routine matters and an annual training program for the Board of Directors. Retainer clients also receive an hourly rate that is reduced from the non-retainer rate.  The retainer program is designed to meet the needs of associations who face regular or semi-regular legal issues and who wish to save money and obtain free training every year.

Non-Retainer

Clients of Peters & Freedman, L .L.P. who choose the non-retainer option can use our legal services “as needed.” The non-retainer agreements are designed to benefit clients who may seek legal advice on a sporadic basis or clients who do not need regular legal advice. Non-retainer clients always have the option to become retainer clients to obtain the benefits provided under the retainer program.
